Farm Yarns produced from the fleeces of my flock are my signature yarn product. Each spring's shearing yields a harvest of delectable wool which I carefully skirt and then send to a small spinnery for custom processing.

Precious and limited, my wool clip reflects a year's work of gently tending sheep and caring for their fleeces. Healthy, happy sheep produce excellent fiber. To maintain wool cleanliness, my sheep wear jackets during much of the year to minimize wool contamination.

My yarn designs change from year to year and often include the blending of luxury fibers with my wool. On my patterns page see knit-wear designs created especially for my yarns. Like fine wine, farm yarns are limited in production and vary from year to year. Please be sure to purchase enough of a particular vintage for your intended project.
